Philosophy

Personal training means something different to each client. Recognizing this reality, our aim is to provide an individual experience for everyone that we train. Our trainers create individualized plans tailored to each person’s goals and abilities.

Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, improve mobility or a combination of the aforementioned, we have you covered. Our trainers are versed in multiple exercise modalities, and have experience with all ages, ability levels and exercise histories.

Each of Latitude’s certified personal trainers is credentialed by a nationally accredited organization. We will conduct an initial evaluation and written questionnaire to inquire about previous/existing injuries, goals, concerns, etc. Book a session with us today!


Rates

Member rate: $70/hr

Non-member rate: $80/hr

***10 and 20 packs of sessions are available at discounted rates.


What to expect from a session

A typical personal training session lasts for 55-60 minutes. Each session starts with a 10-15 minute warm up consisting of dynamic and/or static stretching and mobility work. Post warm up, the session will commence with working sets/circuits that incorporate movements chosen to meet client goals/needs. This portion of the session is where the bulk of the work occurs. Clients will be coached on form, and will receive cues from the trainer before beginning exercises and during working sets. Other than setting up equipment, the trainer will be with the client at all times.
