Fitness Classes at Latitude

The goal of the fitness program at Latitude Climbing + Fitness is to promote muscular and skeletal health through effective training modalities. Our focus is on proper form and movement patterns in order to prevent injury and increase longevity. We provide strength, endurance and cardio workouts to facilitate this process. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build lean muscle, or generally maintain good health, we have something for you! All abilities levels are welcome in all of our classes. Classes are approximately 45 minutes and are taught by certified fitness instructors. 


Whether you're new to fitness or looking for something to challenge yourself, our coaches and community welcome you to come move with us!

Meet the Team:

Tom Wall, CPT- Tom serves as our program director and lead Fitness Instructor. His roles include being the plan designer for the program, as well as teaching the majority of the classes. Tom is a former baseball player who fell in love with climbing and its community. Everyone agrees Tom is the friendliest and wisest individual in our community!
