Update Your Membership​ Status

Thank you for using the online membership change request form to manage your membership. Membership changes MUST come through this system in order for them to be processed.

Latitude Climbing’s policy is that all account freezes and cancellations must be processed by the 20th of the month prior to the change going into effect. For example, this means that if you would like membership cancelled or frozen starting on January 1st, you need to submit your membership change request form prior to December 20th.

Freezes will automatically unfreeze on the date you select. You will not receive a reminder ahead of time so please take note. If you wish to unfreeze while your account is still frozen, simply fill out the form below and select “unfreeze” or come fill it out at the gym.

To start a new membership, feel free to purchase online or head into any of our gyms.


Membership freezes or cancellations WILL NOT be processed by phone, email, Instagram message, or Facebook message, etc. This form, available here and at the iPad stations in the gyms is the ONLY way to change the status of a membership.

Please be aware of the difference between freezing and terminating.

Freezing

Freezing a membership allows you to pay a reduced rate of $8 per month rather than cancelling and then paying another initiation fee when you sign up again. We allow members to freeze two times a year for up to 8 months. Active duty military and college students are allowed to freeze for free.

Terminating

Terminating a membership is a cancellation. You will no longer have a membership at Latitude and will be required to pay the initiation fee when you return.
